About

I am a registered clinical psychologist with over a decade's experience working with children, teenagers, adults, and families with a range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, eating disorders, self-esteem, identity, and emotion regulation.I work primarily using cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT; focused on challenging thoughts and changing behaviours in order to improve wellbeing) and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT; focused on learning and utilising skills to manage problematic responses to emotions). I am also trained to use a wide range of modalities including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT; focused on accepting life's difficulties and living to your values despite them) and a range of specialised eating disorder therapies. No matter which treatment I'm offering, I believe the most important element is the genuine, trusting, therapeutic relationship which is at the heart of everthing I do.As well as therapy, I am able to offer comprehensive assessments for adults querying diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).For questions, or to schedule an appointment, please contact me via:
